Finally, if you want to keep yourself from developing skin problems, try to keep your stress levels low. Studies show that anxiety and stress can really speed up the aging process. So, if you include relaxation in your skin care routine, you’ll have much better results. You may even find yourself feeling generally healthier and happier, too.
