    I’ve started my weight loss plan Jan 18th 2010 and I’ve already lost 2 lbs and some inches. I’ve been doing Core Rhythms and just cutting down my portion sizes, no junk food, lots of veggies and fruit and drinking half my body weight in water. I work out 6 days a week 45 minutes a day. It’s working so far and I’m proud of myself for hanging in there for the 1st 6 days; I know I can do this and I will do this. I don’t have time to count calories either. We all can lose weight. Believe! Faith!

    The more weight you lose the harder it gets because as you lose weight you need to cut calories even more. Thats probably why you’re not sliming down any more. So cut calories and the weight will start coming off, if you cant get yourself to eat less you’ll have to do more cardio

    Hey Cindy. I’m trying to lose weight too. I lost 30 lbs last year and I’ve kept it off, but I need to lose more weight. I lost a few pounds this year, but despite counting calories and working out everyday, I am just not losing anymore weight. And I’m still very heavy. You are such an inspiration for me. Do you have any advice?

    Hi, I’m trying to lose weight too. . . . . i am a mother of a 5 year old and it is really tough losing weight. I liked your advice, i like your voice too. You are great. Do you think even i can lose weight. It just seems so difficult.

    Good morning Cindy!! Okay so I feel that even though I had some cheat meals throughout the weekend, overall my GOOD eating overshadowed the couple of BAD meals.
    (Hey, I’m trying to train myself how to maintain when I get to my goal weight)
    Anyway, Tuesday’s weigh in was. . . . 203. 4lbs. Whoo-hoo!! 2lb loss even with a few cheat meals. Now, I have to look over last weeks notes & see where I need to tweak things to lose even more by Tues. Jan. 26th. Enjoy your trip!! (twitter; 2B_Nichole )

    Hey, I am losing right along with you. I joined weight watchers and a gym at the end of November and have lost about 2lbs every week. I recently added three hours of weight training to my plan for a total of about two hours of exercise M-F. I must admit that I am a little discouraged though because since I have incorporated weight training, I have been losing at a slower rate, but I hope it is due to muscle gain. . . Anyway have a great time on vacay and I look forward to your next video.

    Have a good time in Columbia and enjoy the different meals, I remember when I went to visit Philly it was extremely hard to eat healthy since there’s so many places and different foods to try, just don’t over-do it like I did lol. . . And I agree Internet drama is really hectic and it’s just not worth the stress. I’m just like you I’m focused and motivated now. . . I’m trying to lose my 50-60lbs for the first time and hopefully I’ll keep my maintaince when I get there.

    Hi Cindy, Congrats losing 2 lbs! Every pound is a victory! I weighed in on Sat. Jan 16th and lost 2 lbs as well, that’s a total of -7 lbs in 14 days. I’m in this with ya for the long haul sister! Have a great trip and a lot of fun. Be careful and see ya when you return!
