The only thing that worries me about some of these superfoods is that they are not farmed, are people are getting them from very fragile natural environements? If so if we all start buying them will this have a big impact?
But i am looking for protein supplements since i went veggie, so i will look at the shakes/hemp stuff- thanks!
thanks for the info on goodbelly. Stevia is the healthiest sweetener it actually reduces your blood sugar level. Grow the plant and use the leaves or buy the green unprocessed powdered version. A little goes a long way

Dashama thank you. Did the Hempseed powder ( they did not have chocolate but the vanilla spice) w/almond milk and the cacao and I added Flaxseed Pomagrante Oil -it was yummy. I think I added a extra bit of Cacao
it has a slight bitter coffee like taste which is great because I gave up coffee!

allow me to recommend a good textbook on biochemistry. a few are Lehninger, Voet, or Berg. Or just Wikipedia “acid-base buffer” “carbonic acid buffer” “renal physiology” or “pulmonary physiology” then get back to me about learning some more about pH

you have QUITE a bit to learn about the PH balance of the human body
just eat fruit and veggies with a good balance of carbs protein and mono/poly/essntial lipids. millions of years of natural selection can’t be wrong!
curious – why 422 in your name? btw pH doesn’t really fluctuate in your body owing to carbonic acid buffer (CO2 acid which you breat out to balance change in H+ ions!) blood~ 7. 35-7. 45; if this changes +- . 1 you die! urine pH changes somewhat, mostly due to level of exercise (lactic acid) and diet (protein metabolism; amino acids; uric acid)
