The style story is right now. ClevverTV is back – hey guys, thanks for joining us today. I’m Joslyn Davis in the studio with news from the red carpet. So which ladies had the best looks at the creative arts emmys recently? Let’s go ahead and break it down. First up is Wizards actress Maria Canalis Barrera. This lady is quite the jet-setter these days, promoting Camp Rock and working on her show, but her style is definitely not suffering. The brunette beauty rocked a dark grey metallic dress that fit her like a glove. The mermaid style looked great on her figure and we love love love the little train. Also looking fab on the daytime carpet was Nicole Anderson. Her black dress was really simple, but what we couldn’t take our eyes off of were the little details – like that amazing chunky necklace. And we haven’t even touched on her rocker-inspired hair. It gave her look some playful young edge. Very nice. Nicole’s co-star and real-life pal Chelsea Staub was also looking quite chic on the carpet. The Jonas star kept her look very youthful by choosing a shorter style. The dress was a cream colored strapless number with an amazing tiered bottom, layered with tons of ruffles. Her shoes were very simple and matched perfectly. Weight Loss Stories – Learn From The Biggest Losers On The Planet

Many different things motivate people to lose weight. There are almost as many reasons as there are weight loss programs! It can be an upcoming event, like a class reunion or a wedding; it can be for health reasons, like high cholesterol or diabetes; and it can even be for “silly” reasons, like an office bet or a picture you found of a thinner you once upon a time!

But even the best-laid weight loss plans can go astray. You can reach a plateau, or you think you don’t have a lot of time so you quit and simply lose interest. When that happens, you need an extra dose of motivation to keep you going until you reach your goal.

That’s where weight loss stories come in. Told by regular people just like you, weight loss stories are about the “losers”—people who have hit their target weight, and who look and feel great.  

Many of the stories come with before and after pictures, which can give you real motivation—especially if you’re not nearly as big as the before picture! It makes you realize that if they can do it, so can you.  Your 25 pounds seems like a snap compared to someone who has lost 125 pounds!

There are dozens of websites on the Internet where people post their weight loss stories and pictures. Not all of them will resonate with you; but chances are, you’re likely to find at least a few that sound like they could have been written by you.

Take those stores and bookmark them in your browser to read whenever you need some inspiration. You can also print them out and hang the on your refrigerator or pantry door, and take the time to read them before you dive in to those leftovers during a late night snack attack.

Many of these same sites also offer chat forums for members, and almost all of them are free.  Go head and sign up – and start talking to people who have the battle of the bulge in common. You can make friends, cheer each other on and find someone to talk to, 24/7. It just might be the push forward you need to keep going.

The best advice, though, is to seek out weight loss stories before you begin your diet. Find someone who was about the same weight as you are now, and read his or her story. These “losers” are brutally honest about how they felt when they were overweight, and the struggles they went through on their diet. Their stories can serve as inspiration to get that weight off and keep it off for good.
